Hi Everyone.
Our first post is a simple one based on our class novel "Peeling the Onion" by Wendy Orr.
Are you enjoying it? Why? Why not?
Does the composer portray teenagers effectively? Do you believe in the characters?
Is there any image or description or sentence that you think is particularly effective?
I look forward to your comments.

ReplyDeleteYes I am finding this book interesting and the way its been written makes everyone feel involved and as if they know the character personally. Once I have started reading I struggle to put the book down.

ReplyDeleteThough the book is very good and interesting, I don't like the characters. They just seem so typical and unoriginal. The storyline and way the book is written is extremely effective though
ReplyDeletethe book is interesting. but not normally a book i would read. it displays human interests and is interesting. this is a teenage story cause all of us can relate somethign to it. i believe in the characters cause it could be any one of us aswell. yes most of the sentences are very discriptive Wendy Orr did a extremely good job of writing the story.
